Create & Collect Your Artwork
Ask each student to create their own drawing, then have the artwork scanned
and prepared as digital files.
We use these individual drawings to create one combined print-ready design,
turning the whole class or school’s artwork into a single tea towel print.
Don’t have access to scanning? No problem — you’re welcome to send the
original artwork to us and we’ll take care of the digitising for you.

Send Us Your Files
Upload your artwork and our team will create your print ready file. To help us stay organised, please upload one folder per class, clearly labelled with the school name,
class name, and total number of students in the class. We’ll check everything carefully and send it to you for approval before going to print — any adjustments can be made at this stage.

We Deliver to Your Door
Once your order is ready, we deliver directly to your school anywhere in Australia via Australia Post. Your committee can then arrange delivery of pre-orders (highly recommend so your not left with stock) or sell the tea towels to families at pick up, school events, or however suits your community best.

Do we need a minimum number of orders?
No — there’s no minimum order. Whether your school wants 20 towels or 200, we can help. This makes us a great fit for schools of all sizes.
What file format do you need for the artwork?
We accept standard digital file formats. When you get in touch, we’ll confirm exactly what works best for your artwork and guide you through the process if needed.
Can each class have their own design, or does it have to be a whole-school design?
Either works! Some schools love having each class create their own unique towel, while others prefer a single whole-school design. We’re flexible — just let us know what you have in mind when you enquire.
How much does the school earn per towel?
Your earnings depend on your order volume and the price you set, while our pricing remains fully transparent — with no hidden fees or surprises. See our profit calculator here
Can I reorder?
Yes — you can reorder at any time. Your artwork is securely archived, making future orders quick and easy so no one misses out.
How long does it take from sending artwork to receiving our order?
Turnaround times vary depending on your order size and our production schedule. As a guide, allow 7–10 working days for production from final artwork approval and payment. Delivery time is additional and will be confirmed when you place your order.
Are the tea towels really certified organic?
Yes — our tea towels are certified organic, meaning both the fabric and printing process meet recognised organic standards. It’s a key point of difference and something families genuinely value.
Do you deliver to our area?
We deliver to schools anywhere in Australia — metro, regional, and rural. Wherever you are, we can get your order to you.
Are belly bands customisable?
Yes —Your belly band can be customised with your school name, logo, event details, and/or a short message. Our in-house design team will ensure it complements your tea towel design beautifully.
Belly bands are highly recommended, adding a professional finish while clearly communicating your fundraiser to families – a small detail that makes a big difference at sale time.
